IKAN provided an excellent service which made our lives very much easier than what we would have been able to achieve on our own. They definitely played a critical role in helping us to settle in especially due to the difficulties that we experienced during India demonetization and the very bad pollution after 2016 Diwali. The demonetization was incredibly difficult for us and we had no time to sort out looking for living logistical items which IKAN managed to resolve for us.

I have had several international moves and although the other agencies have done really good jobs helping me with settling in, I feel that you went far above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. When I decided to take on my role and move to India, I realized it would be a big undertaking but had no idea how big it truly would be. From the beginning of the process through the end, there was very little that went as expected. Much of my frustration about the entire process was lack of communication, tools not working, people not doing what they say they are going to do, etc. I can site numerous examples of such things and the frustration or worry that they would cause. Throughout all of this, the one person I could rely upon was Pooja Butte. I am not exaggerating when I say that she was the single person in the middle of the chaos who always managed to do the things she said she would do even while others would try to hold her back. Not only that, she was there at all hours to answer my questions and support my family through this journey. Without her constant support, diligent follow up, and tenacious attitude to provide support I don’t know that we would have completed the journey here. Pooja – Thank you for all of your support throughout. I realize I can be difficult and demanding at times, but throughout never had any doubt in you, your abilities, or your support. I wish others had the same work ethic, great attitude, and drive to succeed as you. It would make the world a better place. Sachin worked very well with us. He communicated all the needful things in a timely manner. He was up front and honest about everything we needed and wanted to know. He was always prepared for our visits and did not waste any time. Pro-actively I was reminded of the requirement to extend my visa and RP/RC. The list of required documentation was provided well in advance, was clear and complete. Your consultant was at FRRO at the agreed time. My request to make the process easy for us was honored; we spent only 25 minutes at the FRRO, we had no unpleasant surprises. Sundar Sahu is a very efficient consultant. I am happy to have him help us at the FRRO. Vinod has been very responsive to our requirements and pro-active in contacting us to prevent our visa to lapse.

It was very nice to meet you and the feedback is all completed.
